This service enables the Blocking / Unblocking of Property

Documents Required

  • Mortgaged Title deed
  • Liability letter in Arabic addressed to DLD
  • NOC from Developer (if applicable)
  • Both Parties Emirates ID/Passport
  • Manager’s cheque for the Seller
  • Manager’s cheque for the bank equivalent to liability amount
  • Manager’s cheque for the DLD transfer fees (4% + AED 580/ AED 430)
  • Release Mortgage Letter
  • Contract F (if broker is involved)
  • Power of attorney (if applicable)
  • Power of Attorney’s Emirates ID/Passport
